What sizes of fabric sofas does FIS sell?

The range includes armchairs, 2 and 3 seaters, a 4 seater, corners, sofa beds and multi-piece sets. Stock varies, so check the live filters.

What colours are available?

Current filters include beige, black, brown, caramel, charcoal, cream, dark grey, green, grey, light grey, shark, silver, tan and truffle. Availability varies by model.

What types of fabric are used?

Relevant models include woven and textured fabrics, corduroy, velvet and suede-style fabric. Confirm the exact upholstery on the product page.

Do FIS fabric sofas come as manual and electric recliners?

Yes. The collection contains fixed seating, manual recliners and electric recliners. Electric models require power, while mechanism details vary by product.

Are there standard dimensions for a 1, 2 or 3 seater?

No. Dimensions vary by design and mechanism, so use the measurements provided on the specific product page before ordering.

Are fabric sofas suitable for homes with children or pets?

They can be. Consider the fabric weave, colour, ease of hair removal and recommended spill-cleaning method. Do not assume covers are removable or stain-resistant unless the individual product specification confirms this.

How long does delivery take?

FIS states around 7 working days for standard delivery of in-stock items, with some coastal areas taking up to 10 working days. Delivery times, charges and postcode conditions should be checked before ordering.

Can I buy fabric sofas on finance?

Eligible orders can use finance and payment options including Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal Pay in 3 and DivideBuy. Approval, repayment terms and eligibility are determined by the relevant provider.

What sofa combinations are available?

Depending on current stock, options can include 2+1, 2+2, 3+1, 3+2, 3+3 and 3+2+1 sofa sets, as well as corner and U-shape seating configurations.

What warranty and returns protection do I get?

FIS states a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in workmanship from delivery. Its change-of-mind policy provides a 14-day window for unused items returned in original packaging, with applicable terms and potential collection charges.
