What's the difference between genuine leather and Leather Aire sofa sets?

Genuine leather is a natural hide, prized for its character, breathability and long-term durability. Leather Aire is a hard-wearing leather-look upholstery offered as a more affordable alternative to full leather. Both are available across this collection, so check each product's description for its exact material before ordering.

Do you offer recliner and traditional leather sofa sets?

Yes. This collection includes traditional fixed-frame leather sets as well as reclining sets, in both manual and electric versions. Manual recliners use a side handle, while electric recliners tilt at the push of a button and need a nearby power socket. Choose whichever suits how you like to relax.

What seating configurations are available?

Configurations run from a compact 3+1 through 3+2, 3+3 and 3+2+1, plus other combinations, so you can match the set to the size and shape of your room. Larger sets suit open-plan family living rooms, while smaller pairings work well in more compact spaces.

What colours do leather sofa sets come in?

The range is available in tan, brown, cream, black and grey. Warmer tans and browns add a cosy, traditional feel, black and grey give a sleek modern look, and cream keeps a room feeling light and open. Colour availability varies by model, so check each product for its current options.

How do I choose the right size leather sofa set for my room?

Measure the length of wall each piece will sit against, then allow clearance for doorways and walkways, and extra space behind reclining sets for the backrest to tilt. As a rough guide, a 3+1 or 3+2 suits average living rooms, while a 3+3 or 3+2+1 is better for larger, open-plan spaces.

How long does a leather sofa set last?

With everyday care, a good-quality leather sofa set can last many years. Genuine leather in particular tends to age well and stay comfortable over time. Longevity depends on use and upkeep, and every set here is backed by a 5-year frame warranty covering the structural build.

How do I clean and care for a leather sofa set?

Wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth, avoid harsh chemical cleaners, and blot spills promptly rather than rubbing them in. Keep the set out of prolonged direct sunlight, and use a suitable leather conditioner on genuine leather occasionally to help it stay supple.

Is assembly included, and do I need to build it myself?

Leather sofa sets arrive ready to use with no flat-pack assembly required. Our two-person delivery team brings each piece into your chosen ground-floor room, connects any sections and fits any feet on the spot, and sets everything in position — so there is nothing for you to build and no tools to find.

What happens if my sofa set arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact our team on 02476 705 600 as soon as possible with details and photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or return. Please check your order on delivery so any issue can be logged straight away.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Every leather sofa set comes with a 5-year frame warranty as standard, covering the structural build of the frame against manufacturing faults under normal domestic use. Keep your proof of purchase, as you will need it to make a claim, and get in touch if a covered fault appears and we will arrange a repair or replacement.

Are finance options available?

Yes. You can choose PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 (both interest-free), Clearpay in 4 interest-free fortnightly payments, or DivideBuy for longer-term plans, all subject to credit check. Simply select your preferred provider at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock leather sofa sets are delivered within 7–10 working days, with free delivery by a two-person team who bring the set into your chosen ground-floor room. Old sofa removal can be arranged if you'd like your existing seating taken away.

Can I return a leather sofa set if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 14-day change of mind returns policy on unused sets in their original condition, so you can order with confidence. Get in touch within the 14-day window and our team will talk you through the collection process and the next steps, making the return as straightforward as possible.
